BIAFOCORD® is a flexible cord containing a centre of high explosive Pentaerythritol tetranitrate (PENTN), which is coverd with combination of various yarn and finally with an LDPE/PVC coating. This process protects biafocord from extreme temperatures, water,oil or other elements and provides essential feature as tensile strength, flexibility and other handling characteristics. It can be initiated by use of a plain or an electric detonator.
